Troubleshooting is the process of solving a problem. And like any discipline, there is a methodology behind the process. In this webinar, we quickly review what was covered in Part1 and pick up where we left off. We will discuss using technology-based practices and a systematic ITIL-compliant approach to perform troubleshooting on complex enterprise routed and switched networks. We will explore the process and IOS-based tools that are used in order to identify a problem, diagnose it, and implement a solution.
